Chris currently serves as ACI's Production and Training Manager with a focus on field leader development and project production efficiencies. Over his forty plus years of tenure with the company, Chris has worked his way up starting as a plumber/pipefitter/welder, moving to a foreman, then becoming one of our top superintendents, piping department manager, followed by his current role. Chris stronlgy believes in the importance of training, from a new hire to superintendents, ongoing training is the key to our success.
Even away from the job, Chris has a strong committment to training. His tenure with Associated Builders and Contractors apprenticeship training spans more than 35 years, teaching plumbing and code classes. Chris does take a little time away from his training duties to enjoy his grandchildren and acreage.
